This will be accomplished through the acquisition of properties for construction development within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, followed by selling, leasing, operating, and selling to third parties. The fund will then be terminated in a manner that serves the best interests of the unit holders, within a period not exceeding the duration of the fund.
