A closed-ended private equity fund compliant with Shariah standards approved by the Shariah Supervisory Committee and established in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Funds Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority Board in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the provisions of the Investment Funds Regulations.
The fund’s objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in private equity through acquisitions and/or ownership of stakes and/or equity shares in the target company or companies operating in the technology sector. The fund aims to invest in a diversified portfolio of promising target companies across sectors such as digital software, game development, fashion, investment services, mapping and navigation systems, and others. The fund will subsequently exit these investments by applying the most appropriate exit strategies in a manner that serves the best interests of the fund and its unitholders.
