SC Private Equity Global Co-Investment Master Fund II aims to create long-term capital appreciation by investing (directly or through co-investment vehicles managed by third-party investment managers) in mid-market companies in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
The Fund aims to create long-term capital appreciation by investing (directly or through co-investment vehicles managed by third-party investment managers) in mid-market companies in North and South America, Europe and Asia. While the Fund will invest predominantly in healthcare, technology, consumer, business services and industrial sectors, it may invest in other sectors as well. The Fund will target investments with a gross internal rate of return (IRR) of 18% or more. All investments will comply with Shariah investment guidelines.
