A closed-ended private investment fund that complies with Shariah standards and controls and was established in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Funds Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority in the Kingdom.
The primary objective of the fund is to achieve capital growth, through investing by acquiring shares in a limited liability company or shares in closed joint stock companies of an existing company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia operating in the hospitality sector and the field of tourist accommodation through establishing, developing, operating and managing hotels and resorts such as hotels, resorts and other tourism investments and related real estate projects located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and then exiting this investment and/or investments by applying the most appropriate exit methods for the benefit of the Fund and the unit holders.
