Investment objective:
The primary objective of the fund is to grow capital over the medium term by investing in hotel tower development projects to achieve capital growth. This will be accomplished through the acquisition of properties for construction development and/or the acquisition of existing hotel projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The properties will then be sold, leased, operated, and sold to third parties, and the fund will be terminated in a manner that serves the best interests of the unit holders, within a period not exceeding the duration of the fund.
