Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from 01 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 as follows: NA

1. Total distributed dividends SAR 21,296,875
2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 117,500,000 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.18125 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial price of the unit is 1.8125%, which translates to 7.25% on an annualized basis.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.05% of the net asset value as of (01 / 12 / 1443H) corresponding to (30 / 06/ 2022G).
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Monday dated (09 / 06 / 1444H) corresponding to (02 / 01 / 2023G) – by end of trading day Thursday (05 / 06 / 1444H) corresponding to (29 /12 / 2022G).
6. Distributions shall be paid within 60 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
