Accordingly, the Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital), in its capacity as the Fund Manager, announces a change in the Board of Directors of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund due to deceased of the Board Member Eng. Saeed Mubarak Baarmah (non-independent), as of (07/10/1444H) corresponding to (27/04/2023G).

The Fund Board of Directors will have the following members after the change:

  2. Ziad Alakeel (Independent)
  3. Samer Abu Aker (non-independent)
