Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announces an update of the terms and conditions of SEDCO Capital Multi Asset Traded Fund as of 07/02/1446H corresponding to 11/08/2024G.

a summary of the main updated items are as follows:

• Update the Fund’s distribution policy to include increasing the Fund’s distribution frequency to quarterly distributions
• Update the reporting of the public clause to reflect the Fund’s first accounting period to be as of December 31, 2024. Accordingly, the Fund Manager will prepare the annual audited financial statements and the initial financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Investment Funds Regulations and as stated in the Fund’s Terms and Conditions Memorandum.
• Update the auditor fees mentioned in the financial disclosure wherever stated in the terms and conditions.
